Gentle Park E-commerce – Terms & Conditions (Bangladesh)

By accessing and making a purchase from Gentle Park’s official website ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any order.

1. Online Purchase: By placing an order through the Gentle Park website, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions, along with any additional policies stated on the Website.
2. Payment Options: We offer two secure payment options at checkout:
   • Full Payment: The entire amount is paid upfront at the time of order placement.
   • Partial Payment: You may pay a portion of the total amount in advance. The remaining balance must be cleared before product dispatch or as per the payment terms shown during checkout.
   Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
3. VAT & Delivery Charges: All applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) and delivery fees are automatically added during checkout. The final payable amount, inclusive of all charges, will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.
4. Delivery Timeline: We strive to deliver your orders within the committed timeframe:
   • Inside Dhaka (ISD): 2–5 working days
   • Outside Dhaka (OSD): 3–7 working days
   If we are unable to deliver your order within the specified time, you are entitled to request a full refund of the amount paid.
5. Refund Policy: If delivery is not completed within the promised timeframe, customers may request a refund. All approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days of the request.
6. Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within a limited period after placement. For complete details, please refer to our Order Cancellation Policy available on the Website.
7. Product Availability: All products listed on the Website are subject to availability. In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.
8. Product Information Accuracy: We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. However, Gentle Park does not guarantee that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any mistakes or omissions and to update product information at any time without notice.
9. Intellectual Property Rights: All website content—including product images, text, branding, logos, and graphics—is the exclusive property of Gentle Park and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability: Gentle Park shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Website or the products purchased through it.
11. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
12. Amendments to Terms & Conditions: Gentle Park reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will become effective immediately upon being posted on the Website.
